Please note: Only Admins or Owners have access to the organization's Billing

Find your Billing

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner, then click on your Organization name:

On the left, select Billing:

The top of the Billing page shows your user count, invite-related information, and if you have any credits or coupons.

Default Card

The default card is the card used for billing. For security purposes, the full card number is not shown. If you need to update your card, click on the Update Default Card link.

As per TeamPassword's Subscription Terms, we do not offer refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Payment History

The Payment History tab contains your receipts. Receipts can be viewed, downloaded, or emailed from this page.

Update Billing Email

By default, the billing email is the email address of the owner of the organization. If you need to change your billing email, please have the org Owner or an Admin contact support.
