Billing

Want to upgrade or downgrade your account? Here's how to do that.

Please note: Only Admins or Owners have access to the organization's Billing

Find your Billing

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner to bring up the Settings menu for your organization and select your team:

On the left side of the screen, select Billing:

Payment Information

The top of the Billing page will show your user counts, invite-related information, and if you have any credits or coupons.

Default Card

The default card is the card used for billing. For security purposes, the full card number is not shown. If you need to update your card, click on the Update Default Card link.

How to Change Your Subscription

Please note: changing from monthly to yearly will immediately charge the card on file for any prorated time.

Select the plan that you would like to change to.

If you need a plan bigger than our basic offerings, please contact Support for further assistance.

Payment History

The Payment History tab contains your receipts. Receipts can be viewed, downloaded, or emailed from this page.

Update Billing Email

By default, the billing email is the email address of the owner of the organization. If you need to change your billing email, please have the org Owner or an Admin contact support.
