When canceling your account, we require that you contact Support for a few reasons:
We need to verify your role on the team whether or not you are an Admin or Owner on the account.
We want to make sure that you and your team have exported any records that you may need.
We want to make sure that you understand that once your data is deleted, we will be unable to retrieve it.
Once confirmations are finalized, your account will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
