If you need to change the email address that your account is under, please contact Support through Intercom or [email protected]

If your role on the team is Member: Please have an organization admin contact us and request the email change on your behalf.
Why do we need an admin to contact Support on your behalf? We want to be sure that the request to change the email is valid.

If you have Google SSO enabled, please make sure to disable it before we change your email. You can disable it from your Settings

Please make sure that you know your Master Password. You will need it when you sign back into TeamPassword after your email has been updated.

After the request to change has been validated, we'll take care of the rest of the process and will let you know when the email change has gone into effect.
