I need to update the device that I am using for 2FA.
If you are able to sign in to your account, you can disable 2FA from your account Settings:
Once you have disabled the 2FA, set it up on your new device following these instructions: Setting Up 2-Step Verification
I no longer have the device that I use for 2FA
If you are unable to sign in to your account to disable 2FA, your organization admin should contact Support to request that we disable 2FA for your account. We require requests to disable 2FA to come from organization admins.
I need to replace my backup codes.
Below the option to enable/disable 2-Step verification, you will find the button to generate new backup codes. Please note: Generating new backup codes will replace previous backup codes.
