I no longer have the device that I use for 2FA or I need to update the device that I am using for 2FA.

If you are able to sign in to your account, you can disable 2FA from your account Settings:

Once you have disabled the 2FA, set it up on your new device following these instructions: Setting Up 2-Step Verification

If you are unable to sign in to your account to disable 2FA, your org admin can disable 2FA from the admin dashboard or you can contact Support for further assistance:

I need to replace my backup codes.

Below the option to enable/disable 2-Step verification, you will find the button to generate new backup codes. Please note: Generating new backup codes will replace previous backup codes.

Make sure to securely store your backup codes!
