Security Settings

The Security settings are located in your Admin Settings. Click your email in the top right, then your organization's name.

Two-Factor Authentication

When "Require two-factor authentication" is turned on, users will not be able to use TeamPassword until they have enabled 2FA.

Google Sign-in

When "Require Google Sign-in" is turned on, users will not be able to use TeamPassword until they have enabled Google Sign-in.

If a user has an issue enabling it, ask them to try in an Incognito or Private window.

One-time Secret (enterprise only)

Once enabled, the Share button on all shared records will become active for all users except those with a 'read-only' role, allowing them to create one-time secret links.

Session Timeout

Owners and Admins can adjust the session timeout duration to 4, 8, or 12 hours. Users will be logged out after the selected time and must log back in to continue using TeamPassword. Please note that this setting will be applied to all users in the organization and cannot be configured differently for separate users.
