How to use the Favorites Feature

Instructions on how to bookmark frequently used records

Do you have records that you frequently use? Do you find it tedious to search through groups and orgs to find specific records? With the Favorites feature, you can bookmark these records for quick reference.

Note: Favorites can also be added through the browser extension using the same instructions.

Navigate to the record that you want to save to your Favorites and click on Edit

Scroll down and check the box next to "Add to favorites"

Save the record, you will see confirmation that the record has been saved

Go back to your dashboard and select "Favorites" from the drop-down menu

If you want to remove a record from your Favorites, edit the record again and untick the box next to "Add to favorites."
