How to resolve common 2FA/MFA-related issues

I need to update the device that I am using for 2FA.

If you are able to sign in to your account, you can disable 2FA from your account Settings:

Once you have disabled the 2FA, set it up on your new device following these instructions: Setting Up 2-Step Verification

I no longer have the device that I use for 2FA

If you are unable to sign in to your account to disable 2FA, your organization admin can initiate a 2FA reset for you.

I need to replace my backup codes.

Next to "Turn Off 2FA" you will find the button to generate new backup codes. Note: Generating new backup codes will replace previous backup codes.

Make sure to securely store your backup codes!
